1..  Subah uth kar kulla kar ke ek gilash taja jal piye ,suryoday se purv uthe isse chitt ati prasann hota hai.

5..  Bhojan karte samay pani na piye agar visesh awasykta ho to ek  ghoot le sakte hai.bhojan ke ek ghante bad hi pani piye isse  bhojan asani se pach jata hai.

6..  bhojan ke bad thodi der ghumna bahut jaruri hai .bhojan ke bad  baya swar band karne sepachan sakti badhti hai.ratri me sone se  pahle pani pina hitkari hota hai.

7..  khana khane ke bad uth kar pesab kar lene se dhstu kami ki bimari kabhi nahi hoti.swapn dosh hone ka khatra nahi hota.

8..  saptah me kam se kam ek bar sarso ke tel ki malish jaruri  hai.chinta karne se jitna nuksan sarir ko hota hai utna kisi rog se       nahi hoti.


14. agar ap ne jyada aam kha liya ho to upar se do char jamun kha lijiye aor yadi apne jamun jyada kha liya ho to upar se aam khane se aram mil jata hai.
